What are the conditions for return/exchange?

Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items with original packaging.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Contact or Email us with order number to initiate. Shipping costs borne by customer.

No returns on personalized items or final sale products.

Processed within 7-10 business days after item receipt.

How to place a return?

1. Select a method

Go to My Orders -> Select the specific Order -> Click on Order Details -> Choose Return/Exchange.

2. Submit return/exchange request

Clearly state the reason for return (wrong/damaged item) or exchange (wrong size/color), upload clear product images highlighting the issue, and provide an unboxing video.

3. Product pickup

Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will arrange a pickup of the item.

4. Inspection & Resolution

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. Exchanges dispatch within 2-3 business days.
